Our Story
Darvan Group is a family-owned diversified holding group built on decades of international trade, manufacturing, and distribution experience. The group’s foundations trace back more than 30 years through long-standing industrial partnerships, global brand representation, and regional market leadership across Iran, Turkey, and the Middle East.
One of the group’s earliest milestones was its joint investment with Groupe SEB (Tefal), through which Darvan’s family established and operated manufacturing and distribution operations for cookware and industrial products. This collaboration laid the groundwork for Darvan Group’s deep understanding of global brand standards, operational excellence, and large-scale distribution. While activities in certain markets have been paused due to geopolitical and regulatory conditions, the group retains the structure, experience, and readiness to re-activate operations as conditions allow.
Over time, Darvan Group expanded into multiple sectors through specialised subsidiaries, including industrial automation and electrical systems, FMCG and consumer goods distribution, and general trading. Today, the group represents and supplies leading international brands, delivers complex industrial solutions, and supports nationwide distribution networks with a focus on reliability, compliance, and long-term partnerships.
